Dear Steve and Delmy,
We just wanted to thank you for all the tiny things about your hotel that made our stay run so smoothly. My daughter Cat and I were in room 304 and we were very happy with the room. We loved the view, the beds, the showers and particularly the air conditioner, which by the way, should have a name (Fred), since it had such a personality.
The staff was so helpful and considerate. The guys running the food area were great and I really liked the easy access to town.
If I were to suggest anything it would be a sign that says please turn off air conditioner (Fred) when you leave the room, so he can rest, since electricity is so expensive. I caught on after the first day to that need.
